Offers services and support to men, women, children, and families who have been affected by HIV/AIDS. Services and education are offered to people living in the communities of Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand, Norfolk, and Brant. The outreach program aims to address stigma and building capacity to address societal and systemic issues for people who use drugs and people affected by HIV.
